Annual Delivery Plan

Hexagon has a Corporate Plan which sets out our priorities for the period 2023 to 2028.

Each year a Strategic Delivery Plan sets out the high level objectives and priorities for across Hexagon for the year ahead.  This is produced in line with the corporate plan.

Under this plan, there are Annual Delivery Plans.  Each department in Hexagon has one.  The Resident Voice and Engagement Team priorities form part of the Annual Delivery Plan for the Housing Department.  The priorities are alongside the Community Investment, Customer Accounts and Neighbourhoods Teams priorities.

DRAFT Resident Voice and Engagement Annual Review

Each year, all Hexagon Teams produce an Annual Review.  The Annual Review reports and reflects on the previous years performance, and sets priorities for the year ahead.  These are then presented to the Directors Group. This usually happens in the first quarter of each year (April to June).

For the 2024/25 Annual Review, we would like to explore how we can take a more of a 360 approach, taking in your views, reflections of previous year and shaping priorities for the year ahead.  Email them into us at getinvolved@hexagon.org.uk
