The Regulator of Social Housing has announced the outcome of our regulatory inspection. We have been awarded C2, G2, and V2 for consumer standards, governance, and viability. Hexagon has received a fair, balanced, and largely positive judgement. It aligns with our assessment of our achievements and areas for further progress. The Board is keen to continue to strengthen oversight to ensure our current upward trajectory stays on course to meet sector challenges and continues to improve outcomes for residents.
We are moving in the right direction. Customer satisfaction in the last three quarters is steadily improving. Interest cover has increased significantly each year since our lowest point in 2022/23. We have strong liquidity and sit comfortably within our asset cover and income cover covenants. We have progressed our building remediation programme and have provision within our business plan to complete works by the December 2029 deadline. We have secured additional grant funding to complete our development programme and enlarge the number of homes (currently 76%) with a compliant energy performance rating.
We will continue to build on these achievements and address areas requiring improvement over the coming months.
