Hexagon offer a range of good-quality long- and short-term accommodation managed by our dedicated team of Neighbourhood Officers, who ensure residents understand their obligations, how to report repairs, and pay rent and service charges. Where additional support is being provided by other specialist organisations, the Neighbourhood Officers have regular liaison to ensure tenancy sustainment. Client/resident involvement is key and we have a range of initiatives to facilitate involvement, including:
- Satisfaction surveys.
- Consultation meetings.
Hexagon provides the housing management to two care homes in Southwark. Care is provided by partner agencies. These services provide intensive rehabilitation for people with complex mental health needs.
Our aim is to empower people who may have had little previous opportunity to influence their day-to-day lives, and we are committed to providing our clients with regular opportunities to comment about where they live and the service they receive. We work across Southwark, Lewisham, Bexley, and Greenwich.
