Our Asset Management Strategy 2024/25 to 2028/29 sets the framework for managing our property portfolio
effectively over the next five years.
Reviewed annually, it will guide our future strategic property decisions to make sure we manage our portfolio
sustainably and efficiently. Detailed actions,
timeframes, and success measures can be found in
Appendix 1: Action Plan.
The strategy is based on Hexagon’s key values and aims to provide homes that are decent, safe and affordable and can be adapted to meet the changing need of our residents.
