You can also submit a complaint to us by telephoning the general enquiries number above, writing a letter, speaking to a member of Hexagon staff in person, or by emailing: complaints@hexagon.org.uk

NB: All emergency repairs can be reported directly to our ‘Out of Hours’ Service on 0808 178 6785 when the main Hexagon office is closed.

How to Get to Us

By Rail: London Overground (Highbury & Islington) and Southern Rail (London Bridge) both stop at Sydenham Train Station, which is a 10-minute walk from our offices.

By Bus: The following buses all stop along Sydenham Road: 202, 450, 194, 75, 356.
