We are pleased to tell you about the launch of our new digital service for Hexagon residents.

Available either online at myhexagon.org.uk or through the MyHexagon app, which you can download through your usual app store.

MyHexagon gives you 24/7 access to your Hexagon account.

We are introducing MyHexagon because you have told us that you would like the option of contacting us in a more convenient way and at more convenient times than we can offer through the telephone. But don’t worry, our Customer Service team is still available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, if you do prefer to contact us this way.

MyHexagon will allow you to:

  • Check your rent balance and make payments
  • Set up a direct debit to pay your rent and service charges
  • Make a request or report an issue to us
  • Update your personal information and contact details
  • View your documents

You will be able to do all this from your phone or computer, on the go or at home, at any time you choose.

Also coming later this winter, is the ability to report repairs via MyHexagon and to make repairs appointments. Stay tuned to see when these additional functions have been rolled out!
