Hexagon staff recently visited Saravia Court alongside colleagues from Just Ask to meet residents, hear about their experiences and find out what matters most to the local community.
Residents stopped by for refreshments and a chat, while younger members of the community enjoyed face painting. These conversations gave residents the chance to share what they like about living at Saravia Court and suggest improvements they would like to see.
Residents shared helpful feedback about repairs, communal cleaning, the bin store, and antisocial behaviour. Having staff from different teams present also allowed residents to discuss some concerns directly and helped us build a clearer picture of the issues affecting the estate.
All the feedback has been recorded, and we are working to follow up the issues raised and keep residents informed of progress.
