Your experience of Hexagon’s ASB service can make a difference

Please see information below following the invitation by text message:

Antisocial behaviour (ASB) can have a significant impact on people’s lives. Understanding how Hexagon supports residents experiencing ASB is a key focus for Hexagon’s Resident Influence Group.

We have commissioned Resolve to carry out an independent review of Hexagon’s ASB service. As someone who has had an ASB case in the last year, we’d like to invite you to a workshop to share your experience of working with the ASB team and your expectations for the service.

Date: Tuesday 17th November 2026
Time: 5.30pm–7pm
Location: Online via Zoom

You’ll receive a £30 shopping voucher as a thank you for your time.

Your views will help us understand what a good ASB service should look and feel like from a resident’s perspective. As this is a group session, it won’t be an opportunity to address individual cases or outcomes. Instead, we’ll focus on your experiences and expectations to help shape an improved service for everyone.

Please contact us by Thursday 12th November 2026 to register your interest. Include your name, address and any access needs. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Contact us to register or for any questions about the session:
