Our consultation on Hexagon’s Property Improvement and Resident Alterations policies is now open.
We want residents to help shape these policies and tell us how they could work best for you. You can watch a short introductory video, read a summary, or look through the draft policy – as much or as little as suits you – before completing our feedback form.
Residents who fully complete the survey and provide their name and contact details will receive £40 in shopping vouchers.
The consultation closes on 11 September 2026.
