IT systems upgrade maintenance
On Friday 7th November, Hexagon Housing are upgrading our IT systems with limited read only access. We will try and deal with queries as best we can. If your query isn’t urgent, you may consider calling us back at some point next week. Monday mornings are generally a busier period.
For heating and hot water related queries Smith and Byford can be contacted directly on – 0800 088 4433
For repair related queries (not related to heating and hot water) you can contact Gilmartins on 0808 178 6785.
For any queries relating to damp and mould – please contact Hexagon’s Customer Services team on 0208 778 6699.
During this time, we are unfortunately, unable to take any payments over the phone. During this time the MyHexagon app/ www.myhexagon.org.uk will also be unavailable. Alternatively, you can request that someone in our Customer Accounts team contacts you next week.
