What if I ring the Gilmartins repair number after February?
The number will still work – you will be automatically transferred to Hexagon. However, the best thing is to telephone 020 8778 6699.

You can now report a repair using your MyHexagon account, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
My Hexagon is the quickest and easiest way for you to report a repair. You will be able to log your repair and select an appointment with our contractor, Gilmartins.
