Tenant Satisfaction Measures – How did we do?

Two years ago, the Regulator for Social Housing introduced a regulatory standard for landlords – the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. Part of the new Standard is a series of measures designed to help residents assess how their landlord is performing.

These measures are called the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and are made up of a combination of satisfaction surveys and other performance information.

After the end of the 2024/25 financial year, we had our results reviewed by the Board, submitted to the Regulator and now we are sharing with you, our residents.

You can find the details of how we performed in 2024/25 in the document titled ‘Hexagon TSM Results 2024-25‘. You can also find a Summary of the Approach used to undertake the surveys here.
