Our resident panels and groups bring residents together to help shape services, review performance and influence decisions.

By getting involved, you can share your views, look at how services are working in practice and help identify what could be improved. These groups play an important role in making sure resident voices are heard and reflected in how Hexagon delivers its services.

Resident Influence Group (RIG)

The Resident Influence Group is our main resident-led group for shaping and improving services.

  • Considers feedback from other resident groups
  • Makes recommendations to improve services

Repairs Group

The Repairs Group focuses on improving repairs and maintenance services.

  • Looks at the performance of our repairs service and customer feedback
  • Reviews contractor performance and service standards
  • Helps identify improvements to our repairs services

Resident Inspectors

Resident Inspectors carry out in-depth reviews of specific services.

  • Investigate how services work in practice 
  • Review documents and speak to staff
  • Produce recommendations for improvement
