  • Have Your Say – Help Shape the Standards Behind Your Services

What matters most to you when dealing with Hexagon? We’re inviting residents to complete two surveys to help shape our Staff Code of Conduct and Performance Management Framework. Your views will help us understand the standards and behaviours you expect from us and what matters most to you about the service we provide.

What are the surveys about?

Staff Code of Conduct: This sets out the standards of behaviour expected of Hexagon staff, including expectations around equality and fairness. Tell us which standards are most important to you and what you think the Code should cover. The Code is available here

Performance Management Framework: This sets out our approach to developing staff, reviewing their work and addressing performance concerns. We want your views on what matters most in supporting staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.  The Framework is available here

Why your views matter

As a resident, you bring a valuable perspective on the services we provide. Your feedback will help us check whether these draft documents reflect residents’ priorities and identify where changes may be needed. You don’t need specialist knowledge—what matters is your perspective and what you expect from Hexagon.

How to take part

You will have received an email or text from us with links to the surveys.  If you haven’t received these and would like to take part, please send your email address to communications@hexagon.org.uk.

You can choose to complete one or both of the surveys.  There will be a prize draw for a £40 voucher for each survey.

What happens next?

We will consider residents’ feedback before finalising the documents. The next steps are to bring together the survey results and report back to our Resident Influence Group before making revisions and submitting the documents to the Board for approval.

Your experience matters. Please take part and help shape the standards behind your services.
