There is a lot of free digital support and training available across the borough.
Hexagon works in partnership with Catbytes who help people improve their digital skills across 14 drop in clubs throughout the borough.
They also fix and loan devices such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones to borough residents and give them SIMs where needed. You need to be referred by Hexagon to access a device so call 020 8778 6699 to speak to one of our team.

Provide a friendly face-to-face service for clients who have difficulty with online forms, services and emails. They can help with transport applications and benefits. Free one-hour appointments are available Mondays – 10am – 12noon and Thursdays 10am-1pm. Please book your appointment in person or by telephoning.
Tea & Tech 12-3pm every Tuesday – enjoy a hot drink &/or get help with your smartphone/iPad/Laptop. Drop in, no need to book. Bring your own equipment or use our laptops/ assistance on site.
