Hexagon is a partner in this exciting project which aims to improve residents’ well-being and finances adopting an innovative holistic approach. The partnership includes local GPs, Southwark and Lambeth Councils, five Housing Associations, Citizens Advice Southwark, and Age UK Lambeth.
