Hexagon is pleased to welcome Stefanie Turton as our new Operations Director, following the departure of Andy Vincent in March.
Stefanie brings almost 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, having worked across supported housing, leasehold, general needs, and mixed‑tenure portfolios. Her career has included senior roles within large organisations, where she has led Housing and Neighbourhoods teams and overseen Property and Customer Services. She joined Hexagon in April 2026
At Hexagon, Stefanie will be responsible for the areas of Housing Services, Property Services, and Customer Services, providing strategic leadership across these key areas.
Stefanie will be pleased to assist with any queries or requests for further information and looks forward to working with residents, partners, and colleagues in her new role.
