Our ASB Team Reaches Out During Estate Action Day

Hexagon’s Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) team recently joined residents for a series of Estate Action Days, offering a valuable opportunity to speak directly with communities about the issues affecting them on a daily basis.

These events are an important way for Hexagon to engage face-to-face with residents, listen to their concerns, and explain how we are tackling ASB across our estates. Whether it’s persistent noise, intimidation, or other disruptive behaviours, our team is committed to ensuring that residents feel safe and supported in their homes.

During the Action Days, the ASB team spoke with residents about their experiences and explained the different tools we use to respond to anti-social behaviour. These include:

  • Notices of Seeking Possession (NOSP)
  • Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions (ASBi)
  • Evidence gathering through our ASB Reporting App and Noise App
  • Close partnership working with local authorities and other agencies

Most recently, Hexagon took court action against a resident involved in serious ASB. As a result, Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court granted an interim ASB injunction, valid for 12 months. This is part of our firm approach to protecting the community and holding individuals accountable for behaviour that harm others.

The ASB team remains dedicated to taking swift and effective action when needed — but we also believe in prevention, support, and community engagement. Estate Action Days are just one of the ways we are building stronger, safer communities together.

If you’re experiencing ASB in your neighbourhood or have concerns you’d like to share, please contact the ASB team directly at asbreporting@hexagon.org.uk. Your voice matters, and we’re here to help.
