Hexagon’s Property Safety Contractors
The contractors currently working with Hexagon to ensure all your homes are fire safety complaint.
Oakleaf carry out Fire Risk Assessments for us, they will need access to all communal areas to check fire stopping, doors closing correctly, signage, obstructions in escape routes and any other fire hazards, they will require access to some flats to check front entrance doors (how well they close, seal, whether they are of fire rated standard etc.) smoke alarms and in some cases to gain access to loft spaces.
Pyrologic carry out all of our passive fire safety repairs generated by fire risk assessments, residents reporting issues to customer services, Fire Brigade visits and staff identifying issues when on site.
Their works include adjusting, repairing and renewing fire doors, fire stopping, building electrical enclosures, installing fire related signage and other similar works.
RGE carry out the service, install and repair of fire alarms and fire safety equipment such as emergency lighting.
Amalgamated Lifts carry out the service, installation and repair of passenger lifts, disability lifts & hoists and associated controls.
Openview carry out the service, installation and repair of access control, door entry, car park gates, TV aerial and CCTV equipment.
Aaron Services are our electrical contractors who carry out inspections and testing of electrical wiring and systems. They carry out these inspections in dwellings and communal areas.
