The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has announced its decision to place Hexagon onto the gradings under review list (GUR) for the governance and financial viability elements of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.
In August 2025, after the conclusion of our inspection RSH confirmed G2, V2 and C2 grades for Hexagon. The judgement concluded that, although Hexagon met governance requirements, there were some specific areas where improvements were required. This included a need to improve performance reporting and the effectiveness of our risk management and internal controls assurance framework. Issues have been identified through our ongoing engagement with the Regulator which they are investigating. The outcome of the investigation will be confirmed in a regulatory judgement, once completed.
