The Staff Excellence awards take place to celebrate and congratulate the commitment and dedication of Hexagon’s staff who are prepared to “go that extra mile” whilst carrying out their duties.
You can nominate any member of Hexagon’s staff who you feel provided great customer service over the past year.
If you would like to nominate a member of staff, please complete the form below, giving the details of the
member of staff you are nominating and your reason for nominating them.
Alternatively you can email your nomination to humanresources@hexagon.org.uk.
The deadline for the reciept of nominations is Sunday, 19th November 2023.
When giving reasons for your nomination, please try to be as concise as possible and provide specific example(s).
