The day to day running of Hexagon is delegated to its Executive Team which comprises the Chief Executive and four Directors who work alongside him. The Executive Team reports directly to the Board of Management, the group of people with ultimate responsibility for the running of the organisation.

Sheron Carter
Chief Executive
Sheron is an experienced executive with a strong track record spanning 38 years in social housing and the charity sector. Sheron previously led three housing associations as a Chief Executive and a charity as its Managing Director. Sheron’s leadership roles have given her a good grasp of social housing operations, customer service, resident engagement, diversity and inclusion, governance, regulation, corporate strategy, business planning, and strategic partnerships.
Throughout her career Sheron has enjoyed helping organisations through challenging times and raising organisational confidence to achieve ambitious goals.

Kerry Heath
Development and Sales Director
Kerry is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Hexagon’s varied development programme in terms of cost, quality and time. Kerry has a degree in Quantity Surveying and as a graduate, worked for a cost consultancy/ surveying firm, on behalf of housing associations located in the North and East of London. This is where her interest in the development work of Housing Associations came about. After 2 years she went to work for South London Family HA as a Development Officer, working on development schemes based in the southern counties. Kerry holds an MA in Housing Studies and is an RICS Chartered Surveyor as well as a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Edith Parker
Interim Finance & IT Director
No stranger to both the housing and charity sectors, Edith has been supporting homeless, disabled and other disadvantaged groups for more than 20 years both in the UK and in her native country of Malawi – where, between 2007-2009, she was the Co-founder and managing director of the Big Issue Malawi, Africa 5th Street paper. Prior to joining Hexagon, Edith was the Director of Finance & IT with Golden Lane Housing and Director of Finance at Transform Housing & Support. She has also held various executive and non-executive roles for some of leading charities including: City Bridge Trust – City of London’s charity wing and UK’s largest independent grant maker, CARE International UK – an international humanitarian agency delivering emergency relief and long-term development projects in more than 104 countries globally, Kusuma Trust and Find your Feet.
Edith also Chairs The Board of Trustees for the Marr-Munning Trust -an independent grant making organisation tackling poverty in the Indian sub-continent, Sub Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.

Andy Vincent
Operations Director
Andy joined Hexagon in October 2023. Prior to this, Andy was the Corporate Head of Housing for Runnymede Borough Council. Andy has worked in social housing across the country for over 26 years from Leeds and Bradford to Wealden in Sussex. He started his career in homelessness, and has worked in business development, managed repairs contracts, overseen capital works programmes, and led housing management services and he has a strong track record in turning services around.
