On Wednesday 8th February 2023 we held two discussion sessions for residents with Sheron Carter, Chief Executive – to share views and find out our thoughts on how Hexagon can manage the financial hard times moving forward.
Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed some really valuable ideas and feedback. Putting customers at the heart, getting the basics right and good communications were all key themes from the meeting and Sheron is taking on board all the points raised. Although a separate topic, repairs were a priority for some and issues were acknowledged with a dedicated tracking form sent to attendees.
“I attended the open forum last night and will fill out the feedback form. I think some very good points were made and I feel there’s a really good future in these discussions, we just need to encourage more people to become involved and to focus on the bigger picture.”
