Hexagon scheme shortlisted for RIBA London Award

95 Pekcham Road court yard95 Peckham Road in Southwark, London has been shortlisted for a Royal Institution of British Architects (RIBA) London Award!

The development, which was completed in July 2019, comprises of 33 private apartments. It was developed by Kuropatwa Ltd with Hexagon as the Section 106 partner. Hexagon had the benefit of 6 shared ownership apartments and 2 apartments for rent.

The scheme was designed by Peter Barber Architects and Hexagons Employers agent was Calford Seaden.
