87 Blackwall Lane, Greenwich

Our Blackwall Lane project will contain 27 residential units, comprising of 6 apartments for rent, four 1-bed, one 2-bed, and one 3-bed. 21 apartments will be available for Shared Ownership, ten 1-bed, nine 2-bed, and two 3-bed.The ground floor will be comprised of two commercial units.

The site is located within the Royal Borough of Greenwich, one mile south of North Greenwich Tube Station and 0.7 miles north of Maze Hill train Station. The site is directly boarded to the east by Blackwall Lane, a major access road between Greenwich and North Greenwich, and both Mauritius and Azof Street to the north and south of the site. Working with us on this project are contractor  Guildmore LTD and consultant Pellings LLP. Estimated completion date is October 2025.


Blackheath Business Centre, Blackheath Hill

Our Blackheath Business Centre development located between Greenwich and Lewisham, will deliver 20 apartments. 14 apartments for London Affordable rent, six 3-bed, four 2-bed, and four 1-bed. This project will also contain 6 apartments for Shared Ownership, two 1-bed, two 2-bed, and two 3-bed. Estimated Completion is August 2025.

 

 

 


Derrick Avenue, Croydon

Derrick Avenue

Derrick Avenue in Croydon consists of 37 flats, all for general needs rent. The development will also include the construction of a play park for children in order to create a communal amenity area. The development will achieve a minimum of

40% reduction of carbon emission beyond what is currently required to comply with Building Regulation. This will be partly done by the installation of PV panels. Completion is due for 2027. The main building contractor is Providence and the lead consultant is Baily Garner. The development is assisted by a £2,480,000 grant from the GLA.


 

White Post Street, Southwark,SE15White Post Street 1

White Post Street consists of 25 residential flats and three ground floor commercial units, along with the refurbishment of 6 commercial units under railway arches. 20 of the flats will be for shared ownership and 5 for Outright Sale. The site is located within the London Borough of Lewisham on the boundary where the borough meets Southwark, at the junction of White Post Street and New Cross Road. The site was previously a car scrap yard with six railway arches under the railway viaduct. Once completed the development will be named ‘John Rose apartments’ and ‘Windred apartments’. Our development partners on this project are Completion contractor Guildmore Limited and  consultants Pellings. Work on the development  is due for completion in June 2025. The scheme received £560,000 of GLA funding.


Willett Road, Thornton Heath Willett Road 1

Our development in Willett Road is located on London Road in the borough of Croydon and consists of 30 flats; 17 for Affordable Rent and 13 for Shared Ownership. Prior to development, the site was used for van sales/hire. The site is on the same location as our recently completed development, Pond House (see Recently Completed) and overlooks the Thornton Heath Pond. The scheme is within close proximity to Croydon Town Centre with excellent transport links. Once completed the development will be named ‘Jane Drew Apartments’. Working with us on this project are completion contractor Stack London Limited and consultants Baily Gardner Partnerships. This site is due for completion in October 2025. The scheme benefited from GLA funding of £1,384,000.
