Celebrating Success: Our Employment and Skills Team are co-winners of the Tailored Employment Support of the Year Award at the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Employability Awards.
Led by Clarion Futures, and delivered with Hexagon, Charlton Triangle, Metropolitan Thames Valley and Poplar HARCA. Our team have been honoured for the outstanding Active Inclusion programme.
The award-winning programme is designed to support vulnerable adults who face multiple and complex barriers to employment. Through dedicated efforts, this consortium of housing associations have successfully assisted over 650 individuals in accessing training, boosting their confidence, enhancing mental well-being, acquiring digital skills, and securing employment – many for the first time in their lives.
