Hexagon is working in partnership with Gilmartins to conduct mock interviews with residents looking to improve their interview skills.
Residents will benefit from:
- Access to support to create a new or updated CV, that will be sent to the employer prior to the interview.
- Access to group or 1-1 interview coaching prior to the interview.
- The opportunity to be interviewed by an HR Manager via Teams.
- Verbal feedback straight after the interview.
- Written feedback from the interviewer to help with future interviews.
Please note you will need to speak with Hexagon’s Senior Employment Advisor prior to being booked onto any sessions.
Interviews last between 30 – 45 minutes including verbal feedback. But we advise to allow for an hour.
