Estate Graders are residents that carry out spot-checks on Hexagon’s estates to assess how communal areas live up to commitments. Over the years, estate graders have carried out over 170 estate assessments. Most recently, in 2023, the team assessed 11 estates – 7 achieved a gold standard, 4 silver and 0 bronze. In total, 65 actions for improvement were identified and as of December 2023, 60 have been completed, 3 are in progress 2 are longer-term issues.
