MyMindPal – to help to improve your mental wellbeing
Volunteers have free access to MyMindPal, an App/Website which gives you easy access to short mental fitness exercises and navigates those who need specialist support to the appropriate service. It is full of simple exercises, tools and techniques that match your mental fitness needs. The exercises will help you:

By managing negative thoughts and reducing body tension


Relax more often

With calming techniques for your mind and body


Boost your positive thoughts
By creating a range of helpful thinking styles

With easy to follow mindfulness practices

You can download the app on your phone or tablet or access the website on your laptop or pc at mymindpal.com. To download the app, please follow the instructions below:

  • Installing the MyMindPal App – If you are using an Android device, open the “Play Store” app and search for “mymindpal”.  If you are using an iPhone go to the “App Store” and search for “mymindpal”.  Once you have found the app, install and then open it.
  • Registering – When the app opens, click the “Create Account” link at the bottom of the screen. You’ll need the company invite code when registering – if you’re a volunteer and don’t already have this, please just contact the Resident Voice & Engagement Team on getinvolved@hexagon.org.uk or 0203 892 4751.
