At Hexagon we take residents’ views very seriously and we ensure that we work closely with you and other service teams to make sure listening to you leads to real improvements.
This can be through:
- Residents’ groups and activities: Ways to get involved
- Making a compliment or complaints
- Emailing a suggestion to getinvolved@Hexagon.org.uk
We are currently reviewing our strategic approach to involvement.
Our last strategy was written in 2019 in partnership with residents (PDF, 246 KB)
From this the review we have produced a Draft Resident Engagement Strategy (RES) – Final May 2024 with appendices, RES Appendix 2 SWOT Analysis and RES appendix 3 Resident Engagement Action Plan that are going through the final phase before approval.
